39% of West Virginia Sanders voters were planning to vote for Trump is not the same as voting for Trump. There was no poll on election day in WV asking how many Sanders voters cast a ballot for Trump. And the vote for Sanders was in response to Clinton saying "we're going to be putting a lot of coal miners out of business"
I was part of PUMA at least 13% voted against Obama. It's why blue-collar counties in SW PA that voted for Clinton also voted for John McCain.
